  1. Space Dodge'm (SDODGEM.EXE) is a Windows shareware
  2. version of the classic board game of Dodgem.  Set in deep
  3. Space, the object is to be the first to get the Landers, or 
  4. Shuttles, off the Space Station before a rogue asteroid hits.
  5.  
  6. Space Dodge'm is written in Visual Basic 3.0.  As such, it
  7. requires that VBRUN300.DLL exists in your Windows System directory.    
  8.  
  9. I have a 'slick' install program that takes care of everything having
  10. to do with installation, but for file exchanges across BBSs 
  11. it takes up too much room -- adding almost 300K to the files.  
  12. So . . . to install Space Dodge'm, please do the following:
  13.  
  14. 1. Check that VBRUN300.DLL is in your Windows System directory.  If not,
  15.    please download a copy and place it there.  There is almost certainly a 
  16.    copy of VBRUN300.DLL on the BBS or Service from which you downloaded
  17.    Space Dodge'm; probably as a zipped file with a name such as VBRUN300.ZIP,
  18.    or VB300.ZIP, etc.

  20. 2. Create a directory SDODGEM (or whatever else you'd like to call it).
  21.  
  22. 3. Copy SDODGEM.EXE, SDODGEM.HLP, and all the other
  23.    associated files into this new SDODGEM directory.
  24.  
  25. 4. Create a program manager icon for SDODGEM.EXE by adding it as a file
  26.    in your GAMES program manager group (or any other group you'd like).

  28. That's it.
